We wanted to take this time to thank you for your patience and support during these trying times. While we miss seeing you in person and while we are still providing excellent care for your pets, we understand how difficult it is to not be present in the exam room. The safety of our clients, as well as our staff, is still one of our top priorities during this complicated time. As more and more businesses begin to open their doors, we wanted to make an update about our current COVID-19 policy. In order to maintain proper social distancing and to keep you and our staff safe, we must continue to provide curbside service.
When coming for appointments or to pick up any medication or food, please continue to wait in your vehicle and call our office. Because everything is being done by phone, please be patient with us as we only have a limited number of phone lines. If you get a busy signal please wait a few moments and try again. We are working diligently to help our clients as fast as we can. We are following the guidelines set by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the CDC and will make adjustments to our protocol as things begin to change.
